Consumer Data Request Report

Pursuant to the requirements of of Cal. Code Regs. tit. 11 § 999.317(g), the following reflects the consumer Data Requests we received in the calendar year 2020:

• Number of requests to know that we received
  • 3 (none denied)
• Number of requests to delete that we received
  • 4 (all denied due to our legal requirement to maintain wage related data for talent payroll payees)
• Number of do not sell / opt-out requests that we received
  • 22 (none denied)
• Mean number of days to respond to all requests
  • 17 days
